About The Company:

The working venue is in Cikarang.
Our client is a Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Maintenance Facility Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate activity with the engineering team for machine specification, installation, process preparation, archive quality, delivery, cost, safety, regulation, etc.
Monitoring maintenance dies, mold, fin die and etc.
Supervise team members to follow company rules and regulations.
Make and follow up action plans, project schedules, and budget control with the engineering team.
Monitoring & reporting to higher positions that concern process preparation and control.
Promote and perform Kaizen, 5S, QC, Safety & Environment activities.
Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Hold min. Diploma’s degree.
Business level English.
At least 6 years of working experience in facility maintenance or energy supply system including minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor.
Experience in air conditioner manufacturing.
Good at strategic planning & supervision.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
High responsibility and technical leadership.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong in people management.
Preferably have working experience in Japanese Manufacturing company.
