Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Production Team Leader (Plant Cikarang)

Kualifikasi :

Responsibilities:

Running and controlling the production process based on the work schedule in terms of time, manpower, and work area
Monitoring the production process from start to finish complies with established standards
Control the quality of product raw materials during production
Quality standards of the products produced
Organize, implement, and ensure production employees work by established standard operational procedures
Monitoring and supervise the implementation of GMP, 5R, and Personal Hygiene

Requirements:

Minimum SMK with specific major Mechanical Engineering & have minimum 4 years experience in the food manufacturing as a Team Leader/Supervisor
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in industrial Engineering is preferred
Have a good leadership spirit and the ability to coordinate and motivate a team well
Have good time management and be able to work effectively
Disciplined, honest, loyal, responsible, communicative and initiative
Able to operate a computer
Willing to work Monday-Saturday (Shifting)
Willing to be placed in Plant Cikarang
