Kualifikasi :

Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a reputable university.
Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in tenant coordination or related roles, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects within a shopping mall environment.
Present a portfolio highlighting your expertise in coordinating decorative elements for tenant spaces, emphasizing past accomplishments in enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal.
Exhibit expert knowledge of interior design principles, building products, and familiarity with relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards specific to shopping mall environments.
Showcase strong conceptual design thinking and proficiency in space planning to bring innovative and practical decorative solutions to tenant spaces.
PLACEMENT : PALEMBANG INDAH MALL

Responsibilities:

Take charge of overseeing tenant decorative coordination projects from concept development through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Adjust decorative plans to align with management needs and tenant requirements, demonstrating flexibility to meet evolving project expectations.
Supervise and coach the Tenant Decorative Coordinator team, fostering an environment where they can enhance their capabilities in creating visually appealing tenant spaces. Ensure timely production of accurate decorative plans and coordination.
Leverage expertise in design tools such as AutoCAD, 2D+3D, Sketchup, and Adobe Series to enhance the overall decorative coordination process.
Exhibit a positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. Foster a collaborative environment, demonstrating effective teamwork and the ability to lead and motivate team members to achieve excellence in tenant decorative coordination.
