Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• MICE Admin Assistant

Kualifikasi :

The MICE/Admin Officer will assist the MICE manager, who is in charge of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions, with administrative tasks such as, but not limited to:

 

Make the necessary reservations when a file is confirmed.
Filing of essential documents.
Coordinate with our Operation Team when group is confirmed
Assist the MICE & Incentives Manager & the Operation team during incentive operation or inspection & travel if required
Fully assist & execute tasks given by the MICE Manager.
Occasionally update database with typical MICE activities.
Keep track of various suppliers involved in the preparation of MICE files.
Update programs, formats and templates related with MICE programs.
Double check itineraries and quotations.
Liaise with accounting department on incoming and outgoing payments
Coordinate with the MICE team all outstanding issues and follow up

 

Previous experience in a travel agency is a must.

 

Languages Required: English mandatory (spoken and written)

 

Other Requirements that will help you secure the job:

Being dynamic and creative
Having a personality that fits in person in team.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet.
