Job Description :
Plan and strategize training curriculum/programs for internal teams and ECPs to achieve country strategic objectives
Conduct quarterly training webinars to achieve category development goals based on customer segmentation
Conduct ad-hoc training online and on-site as per the request of the commercial team
Assess, plan and conduct training for key accounts
Upskill the sales team and build their competency in line SFE plan
Build and maintain strong relationships with local optical/ophthalmological associations and schools
Report and analyze training effectiveness and achievement of KPIs
Address complex customer complaints from sales/customer service
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Requirements
Refraktionis Optician, minimum 3 – 5 years in the Optical field as a Trainer. Experience in an optical retail is preferred
Close working relationship with optical associations and schools is advantageousTraveling within the country is required
Able to converse effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Can travel at least 50% of the time
Independent, meticulous with attention to detail and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and people skills
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
High energy, fast paced and an action-oriented goal getter
Great presentation skills and able to engage different types of audience face-to-face/digitally
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
