RENOVATOR BALI GROUP Development is seeking an experienced leader for the position of Procurement Manager for an investment and construction company on the island of Bali.

Responsibilities:
1. Organizing and managing the procurement process of finishing materials, accessories and furniture for our projects.
2. Analyzing the market, searching and evaluating suppliers, negotiating and concluding contracts with optimal conditions.
3. Developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers, ensuring reliable supply of necessary materials and goods.
4. Quality control of purchased goods and services, timely response to any deviations.
5. Optimization of the procurement process taking into account budget constraints and project requirements.
6. Participating in budgeting and planning of procurement expenditures.

Requirements

1. at least 3 years of experience in procurement of finishing materials, accessories and furniture.
2. Deep knowledge of the market of construction and finishing materials, modern trends in interior design. 3.
3. Negotiating and supplier management skills. 3.
4. Experience in working with budgets and procurement planning.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Drive to achieve results, responsibility and performance.
7. Knowledge of English and Indonesian languages.
8 Ability to bargain and get the best terms and prices from suppliers.
9 Systematic. Compliance with deadlines on procurement.
