• E-commerce & Omni-channel Operations Specialist

Kualifikasi :

• Minimal Sarjana (S1)
• 1 – 3 tahun pengalaman

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Deskripsi pekerjaan E-commerce & Omni-channel Operations Specialist PT Organika Alam Semesta
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain the company’s online store on the e-commerce and other online channels, including store configuration, page design, product display and content updates.
2. Develop and execute e-commerce promotional plans, including formulating promotional strategies and participating in event collaborations. Oversee detailed campaign schedule, including Flash Sale and Double Date Campaign.
3. Responsible to upkeep and grow each platforms store performance.
4. Analyze e-commerce platform data and sales trends, and provide data reports and insights to guide business decisions and optimize e-commerce operations strategy.
5. Responsible for product listing, price adjustment, inventory management and sales data analysis to achieve the best product display and sales performance.
6. Tracks order processing process to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery, and coordinates and communicates with fulfilment team to provide superior customer service and satisfaction.
7. Reporting and work closely with e-Commerce Lead to ensure delivery and optimizations of campaigns and promotions deliverables are maximized for both brands & platforms.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to generate the best strategy for campaign exposure.

Requirements:
1. Min. 1 year experience in e-commerce platform operations (such as: Shopee, Lazada and Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
2. Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major. (Business, marketing, communication, or a related field)
3. Familiar with e-commerce operation tools and platform functions, and a fast worker to work independently. Very well versed in excel formula is a preferred.
4. Have good product management and data analysis skills, able to understand sales data and trends, and make appropriate adjustments and optimizations according to market needs.
5. Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with internal teams and e-commerce account managers to ensure smooth processing of orders..
6. Have innovative thinking and problem solving skills, and able to propose and implement strategies and measures to improve e-commerce operations.
7. Passionate in beauty industry.
