Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree in any major
Have experience as admin or related field at least 1 year is more preferable
Having a good attitude, high sense of responsibility, detail and well organized       
Work from office Monday to Friday          
Good initiative and good logical thinking 
Can adapt to quick changes of job direction          
More preferable if fluent both written and spoken in English

Job Description :

Handle Incoming Phone call         
Car & Driver Arrangement for Sales Team               
Manage Customer registration form & Filling Documents 
Create Quotation and process customer order     
Manage Office management      
Other related task assigned by Management
