• MARKETING & PROMOTION MANAGER

Kualifikasi :

Job Description:

Developing online & offline marketing strategies for advertising existing and new product
Organizing promotional events and coordinating on the day of events
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
Familiar with email marketing, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics
Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets
Presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Maitain a good coordination with Sales Manager and related PIC.

Requirements:

Age between 35 – 45 years old
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
Has minimum 3-5 year of experience as Marketing Manager with demonstrable and successful sales track record (preferably in housing/ real-estate business).
Has in – depth knowledge and proficiency in digital marketing channels/ platforms (tech-savvy), strategies, and online sales
Highly creative, good analytical skill, attention to detail, able to multitask effectively
An ability to build relationships with people at all levels
Passionate in the related industry up-to date on the latest trends & technology in digital marketing
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
Excellent work attitude and good at teamworking.
Willing to be placed at Kota Deltamas, Cikarang, Kabupaten Bekasi.
