• 1 – 3 tahun pengalaman

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Deskripsi pekerjaan KOL Specialist Part Time PT Pengusaha Muda Indonesia (Sevenpreneur)
Job Responbilities
Identify and research individuals within the industry or niche who have significant influence and credibility as potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Cultivate relationships with identified KOLs through outreach, networking, and collaboration proposals.
Negotiate terms, agreements, and compensation with KOLs for their involvement in marketing campaigns, events, or promotional activities.
Oversee the creation of content featuring KOLs, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and effectively communicates key messages.
Manage and optimize KOL-related content on social media platforms, maximizing reach, engagement, and impact.
Develop and manage contracts, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
Track and analyze the performance of KOL-related activities, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights.

Job Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is typically required.
2 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or a related role.
In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and key players.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain connections with KOLs.
Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with KOLs and maximize collaboration impact.
Ability to adapt to changing trends, KOL preferences, and industry dynamics.
Proactive networking skills to identify and engage with potential KOLs.
Proficiency in social media platforms and an understanding of content trends and audience behavior.
