• Production Supervisor – Food Manufacture – Cikarang (ID: 596172)

Kualifikasi :

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a Japanese Company and they’re looking for a Production Supervisor position.

Location: Cikarang

Requirements:

Over 3 years experiences as a Production Supervisor in food manufacturing industry
Good communication in English
Good leadership and knowledge in manufacturing production 

 

Key responsibility areas:

Monitoring performance and productivity to ensure that all staff members are performing their jobs efficiently
Responsible for establishing and executing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure products are developed and manufactured
Develop corrective/preventative (continuous quality improvement) action plans
Conducting research on new food products or ingredients to identify potential opportunities for growth in the company’s market share
