Kualifikasi :

REGULATORY OFFICER

Responsibility : 

Responsible for obtaining PBF and CDOB for Raw Material.
Acting as pharmacist in charge (APJ)
Possesses up to date local regulations related to Custom Clearance matters for importing chemical products including raw material for industrial use, food additives, pharmaceutical excipient.
Check and verify to ensure all the relevant test reports and certificates adhere to the requirements of Regulatory Authorities import regulation.
Process and monitor the status of each SKI for import application and actively updating the status to the authority and take any appropriate action to keep the timeline on schedule and make effort to accelerate the process if required.
Ensures that the company follows applicable national laws, regulations, rules, and policies during the importation process.
Effectively interacts and build relationships with Regulatory Authorities officers related to raw material import for industrial use, food additives, pharmaceutical excipient.

Requirements :

Preferable a university degree in Pharmacist and has an active STRA.
Minimum 3 years in Import Process & Regulation especially with BPOM, for importing raw material for Food, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical (Trading Company).
Understanding of the chemical industry.
Strong understanding of applicable local laws, regulations and other government requirements.
Fluent in English.
Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
