Kualifikasi :

Job Descriptions :

Communicating with related parties to obtain data/evidence requested by the Audit Manager.
Assist in carrying out administrative processes in every preparation of the agenda and closing meetings or meetings held with internal and external parties of the company.
Recording the work agenda, filing documents and documentation for all Internal Audit activities.
Prepare meeting materials
Prepare report material to be brought by the Audit Manager in the upcoming meeting.
Ensure that the Company’s SOP documentation is updated and well maintained.

Requirements :

Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, IT or other related field.
Minimum 1 years of working experiences in doing internal or external audit
Familiar with Risk management, Internal Audit/ Control and Taxation.
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Accounting Software, and Databases.
Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Excellent English communications and writing skills especially in business standards.
Strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Willing to Travel
