Kualifikasi :

Job Description

Receive and check Purchase Request from all of departments.
Create Purchase Order in Accurate System
Search and Find vendor or supplier
Negotiate prices, delivery of goods and payments term to vendors.
Check the condition of goods, quantity, price, and delivery order according to the Purchase Order
Create form of Transfer Order and deliver the goods to all of departments according to Purchase Request
Stock Opname of goods in every end of month
Evaluate and create report of rating for vendor in terms of timeliness, quality of goods and respond from vendor in any case.

Qualification

Education background : Bachelor degree or above in Accounting
Have the ability to search, negotiate and select suppliers or vendors
Language competence : Good skills for English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Technical ability :Good knowledge with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Work experience: At least 2-year vendor management or purchasing experience in a similar role within the auto parts companies
Experience in operation or Logistics is a PLUS.
Personal Character: Diligent, conscientious, good communication and independent problem solving skills, Good Team work ability.
