Saat ini PT Santoso Teknindo sedang membuka Lowongan Kerja penempatan Cikarang Timur, Jawa Barat untuk menempati Posisi sebagai.

• Sales Engineer (Special Cutting Tool)

Kualifikasi :

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

 

Requirements :

 

*. S1 from reputable university with min. GPA 3.0

*. Domicile in Bekasi, Cibitung, Cikarang and Karawang .

*. Age max. 40 years old .

*. Fluent in English for both speaking and writting .

*. Fluent using MS office and any other related software.

*. Understand to implement SAP, WMS and ERP .

*. Understand of WH Management and ISO certificate .

*. Min. 3 years of relevant experience working in a similar role .

*. Have an experience to work directly with warehouse team (tallyman, forklift driver and admin) with min. 10 persons .

*. Understand and good experiences in managing warehouse administration .

*. Understand of workflow process in warehouse operation and in warehouse administration process .

*. Honest, Responsible, Hardworking, Discipline, Patient, Good Interpersonal Skill, Detail and Thorough person .

*. Good in leadership, Agile, Proactive, Strong Analytical and Creative .

*. Ready to work in long hour and shift rotation .

*. Good communication skill with all level .

 

 

Job Descriptions :

 

*. Responsible for Inventory Ownership ( in charge to make sure smooth cargo receiving, prepare receiving notes, cargo checking, updating/adjusting

the cargo data in receiving report based on actual situation, planning of cargo positioning inside warehouse, placing the cargo on the right spot, able to

monitor cargo exact location and monitoring the warehouse occupancy level and etc . )

*. Responsible for Cargo Delivery ( prepare of outgoing notes, cargo location checking, cargo checking, planning of cargo movement from inside

warehouse, updating/adjusting the cargo outgoing report based on actual situation, cargo transfer to the transporter and obtain signed outgoing

notes from the transporter and etc . )

*. Conduct monthly thorough inventory checking, cargo cleanliness and warehouse area situation .

*. Conduct a daily, weekly and monthly activity report .

*. Conduct to prepare other report needed by other division .

*. Responsible to carefully checking and avoid any kind of mistake for all report made by the warehouse before pass it to the Management and other division .

*. Do document management for both softcopy and hardcopy .

*. Responsible to implement the company SOP and working instruction in warehouse on daily activities .

*. Responsible to continuously leading, developing and training the warehouse team .

*. Responsible to monitor and handle work balance of warehouse team .

*. Responsible to be a good communication bridge between warehouse and other division related .

*. Responsible to monitor and understand about warehouse daily activities .
