Requirement :
Age maximum 35 Years Old.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, Communication or equivalent.
At least 3 Years of working experience as a Sales/Account Manager in Telco Infrastructure, Data Centers, IOT & Automation, and Renewable Energy is an advantage.
Excellent selling, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and willing to travel.
Sales & Marketing character, enthusiastic, logical, energetic, result and customer-oriented.
Proficiency to use Ms. Office, Email Communication, and fluent in English
Good Appearance and Attitude.
Responsibility :
Identify potential new customers/clients and new sales opportunities
Build good relationships, provide solutions, negotiate, and contract agreements with customers/clients, and monitor projects to ensure sustainability and customer/client loyalty
Identify and Implement sales plans (Sales Pipeline) & marketing communication functions to meet sales target
Conduct cost-benefit analysis and needs of existing/potential customers/clients to meet their needs
Achieve agreed sales targets and results on schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with other team members and departments
Analyze area/market potential, track sales, and report sales status
Supply management with reports on customer/client needs, problems, interests, competitive activity, and potential opportunities for new products and services
Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle to meet sales revenue target
Provide solutions to customer/client needs or issue services to improve future services in a timely manner, develop new products to improve service standards
