Requirement :

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/IT/Informatics, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration) or equivalent.
Have working experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product development architecture for at least 3 years.
Having experience and knowledge in Telco Infrastructure, Data Centers, IOT, and automation, Renewable Energy is a plus.
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
Strong Business Acumen to achieve revenue targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership.
Analytical and data-driven.
Creative thinker with vision and great attention to detail.

 

Responsibility :

Creating a new portfolio of products and services, developing existing products & services to make them better and more innovative in order to meet customer needs and desires and keep up with the dynamics of market needs and technological changes
Create product requirement documents with clarity objective and execution details on short-medium-long-term product goals
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes, Utilize market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Define and target specific market segments, with a particular emphasis and other relevant demographics, Adapt product & service designs to meet the preferences of the identified target markets.
Analyze competitor products & services, pricing strategies, market positioning, Identify opportunities and gaps in the market Provide the price of the product based on market research
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product & service requirements and specifications Propose solutions
Has initiated to build continuity of Product Research and Development

Carry out trials and evaluations of products or services can meet customer needs and be competitive in the market
