- Procurement and Logistics Project Manager
Kualifikasi :
Requirements :
Min Bachelor Degree related to Business Management
Having min. 10 years Experience, relevant in Procurement including positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibliities
Have good experience in procurement in Healthcare industry
Have a good knowledge in supply chain management
Having working experience in Hospital field
Good negotiating skills and talkative
Good communication in English
Willing to work after hour and high target
Willing to be contract during the project (estimated for 14 month)
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with organizational goals
oversee the entire procurement process, from sourcing to conttract negotiation and supplier relationship management
Manage all vendors supply chain management following all company regulation, procedure and local content regulation effectively and efficiently
Provide leadership and direction to the procurement, logistics and IT Teams, foster collaborative and result- oriented team culture
Develop and manage budget for procurement and logistics functions. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure optimal resource allocation
Oversee the negotiation and management of contract with supplier
ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
Identify and mitigate risks related to procurement and logistics.
Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the organization’s interests.
Manage and ensure the implementation of functional policies, systems, processes, procedures and control covering all areas of function so that all relevant procedural /legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner
Manage and comply of all relevant quality, health ,safety and environmental management policies, procedures and control across the finance, accounting and tax function to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products and a responsible environmental attitude
