Kualifikasi :

Responsibilities:

Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Answer phone calls and emails and take messages.
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
Help with daily time management.
Run errands as requested.
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
Coordinate events and speaking engagements.
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.

Qualifications:

At least Bachelor’s Degree in any major
Having 3-5 years experience as Secretary/Personal Assistant to Director
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese or Thai language (minimum 2 language) is a must
Integrity, loyalty, and discrete personality
Teamwork and service orientation
Self motivated and self starter/initiative
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) and follow technological developments to support BODs
Ability to deal with the necessary technical equipment (laptops, projector, etc.)
Willing to work in Cikarang Barat, Bekasi Regency.
