We will focus on candidates from the following industries:

Construction (contractor / engineering)
Building materials
Architecture / design 

 

Roles and responsibilities:

Create, send and follow up on sales quotation.
Create BoQ from drawings and design brief.
Check and review project documents fidelity and accuracy.
Cross reference specification and quantities with project documents.
Coordinate and follow up with designers, clients and contractors. 
Filing and archiving of project documentation.
Tracking progress of projects on the project management software (monday.com).
Assisting Sales and Project manager in operational tasks.
Attend project meetings and take notes.
Create reports relevant to sales & project department.

 

Requirement

Excellent communication skills 
Ability to read construction drawings
Able to work in a team 
Minimum 3 years experience in the industries above
Fluent in English 
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture
