Job Description :

Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant tax laws and regulation.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize the organization’s tax liabilities
Advise management on the tax implications of various business decisions and transactions
Identify opportunities for tax savings and efficiencies.
Oversee and manage the tax team, providing guidance, training, and support.
Review the work of tax professionals within the team to ensure accuracy and compliance
Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting related to taxes.
Prepare and review tax provisions for financial statements
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all tax-related activities.
Maintain organized and accessible files for audit and compliance purposes

Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is typically required.
Professional certification such as Certified Brevet of Tax
Several years of progressive experience in tax accounting or a related field
Up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
Ability to interpret and apply tax laws to the organization’s specific circumstances.
Familiar with use ERP System (SAP or Oracle)
Placement at Deltamas Cikarang
