Inventory Control

Strategize the supply plan to optimize the supply chain’s service level, inventory, line utilization, and cost.
Ensured the verification of all goods sent to customers and received from suppliers to guarantee accuracy.
Oversaw the implementation and execution of comprehensive quality control procedures for all inbound and outbound goods.
Prepare reports on supply chain performance.

Managing Supplies

Collaborate with Head Office and vendors to procure optimal products for off-island purchases.
Develop mutually beneficial relationships, execute purchase orders, and perform comprehensive reviews of service and supply agreements with regional providers and merchants.
Formulate a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with market needs and demands, encompassing both product specifications and order timelines.
Ensure that the Company minimizes lost sales opportunities resulting from stockouts.
Implement measures to prevent overstocking across the product portfolio.
Align storage capacity with projected demand to optimize resource utilization.

Managing Distribution Processes

Strategically plan and optimize delivery routes, ensuring efficient travel and timely deliveries.

Inventory Optimization:

Focus on optimizing inventory levels to maintain lean stock while meeting customer requirements.
Assumed responsibility for efficient inventory management, overseeing the flow of incoming and outgoing goods while meticulously upholding the FIFO system for optimal stock control.

KPI Tracking and Improvement:

Manage supply planning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.

Process and Efficiency Enhancement:

Drive digitalization and improvements in processes/systems to establish an effective, lean, and agile supply chain.

Team Development:
