Requirements:

Bachelors degree any major, preferably accounting/management/administration.
Having experience in finance/rent company at least 1 years, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Having good English skill (both verbal and written).
Having knowledge of using microsoft office, especially excel.
Good communication and having knowledgably of data analyst.
Willing to travel.
Placed in Head Office Jakarta.

Job Description: 

Following up the request for body repair for the stock Vehicles. 
Validate the completeness of claim documents consisting of Claim Form, photocopy of STNK, photocopy of driver’s license and photo of unit damage if needed. 
Input claim data or claim data register to insurance vendors via email or claim register form.
Monitoring the stock vehicles repair progress at the workshop until the vehicles are completed and ready to be returned to the customers. 
Arrange for the availability control of replacement vehicle for the Jakarta pool coverage area. 
Processing Own Risk (OR) invoice from the body repair workshop to be billed to the customers and create OR payment requests according to the bill to be paid to the workshop. 
Making weekly report for Own Risk (OR) and stock units.
