Saat ini PT Talentive Consulting Indonesia sedang membuka Lowongan Kerja penempatan Cikarang Selatan, Jawa Barat untuk menempati Posisi sebagai.

Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Production Section Head (Medical Device – Syringe)

Kualifikasi :

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree (D4/S1) majoring in Medical Physics or any related major.
Having minimun 3 years of working experiences in Medical Device Manufacturer will be advantage.
Having Licence of Radiation Safety officer for Medical Level 1 (SIB PPR Medik Level 1) or Registration Certificate of Medical Physicist (Surat Tanda Registrasi Fisikawan Medik) is mandatory.
Experienced in managing subordinates.
Familiar with BAPETEN Audit preparation, BAPETEN Licensing process, Irradiation operation permit ro BAPETEN.
Familiar using Ms Office (especially Ms Excel), SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
Good Leadership skill, Communication and attention to detail. 
Communicative in English both written and verbal will be an advantage.
Willing to work in shifting hour.
Willing to be placed in Kawasan Industri Terpadu Indonesia Cina (KITIC) Cikarang.

Job Descriptions :

Manage in the site product-specific production and test functions to obtain the scheduled output of a high-quality product whilst meeting the required quality/regulatory/quantity/time/safety/cost objectives especially in Injection Medical Devices Product.
Plan, schedule and resource to ensure production schedules and customer scheduled delivery dates are met.
Foster good employee relations through effective feedback and communication.
Manage a production rating system that shall ensure performance of key metrics are met in the areas of manufacturing, inventory, cost, quality, and customer responsiveness.
Co-ordinate with peer functions to resolve any issues that may impact meeting production schedule and with Customer Services to co-ordinate priority sales order changes.
Lead and actively drive new product/process introduction, including strong participation of  group in cross-functional project teams, coordinating requirements and objectives with  manufacturing and development functions.
Interface with Dublin site Quality and Engineering functions to ensure effective implementation of notified product design changes and performance enhancements.
Develop and monitor budget activities, control of overtime and related expenses for the production function.
