Kualifikasi :

Tasks and responsibilities 

Lead Yield Improvement Plan (YIP) by defining robust process, good quality of direct and indirect material that supported by well trained personnel and reliable machine. Use all related quality tool in order to properly analyze the issue and its resolution.
Improve and control Out Going Quality & IPQP by defining proper actions through systematic approach and close with proper documentation.
Process troubleshooting and problem solving of day to day issues in production line.
Regular and periodic reporting to the superior about the progress of the assigned project/task.
Update ERP (SAP) set-up
Overall responsible for process control of assigned production line/process/project, responsible for achieving scrap, delivery targets.
Work with PE & other related parties when create user requirement specification (URS) of equipment’s.
Work with PE & other related parties when liaise with external vendors based on URS and actively participate in concept and design finalization.
Prepare, periodic review, update and distribute documents such as Control Plans, PFMEA, Work Instruction, Sample Board, etc.
Monitor and review production performance including delivery performance, quality level and productivity on a continuous basis.
Improve production process with collective study and understanding of process parameter requirement with the correct tooling, machinery and measurement equipment.
Able to perform detail process and equipment analysis in order to perform a process capability, capacity, and failures analysis
In house process improvement and controlling such as,
Work with QA for 8-D report closure, response to ODR etc.
Perform process capability analysis and capacity study
