Kualifikasi :
Qualification & Experience
Minimum age 35 Years old (Male)
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/electrical-electronic engineering (weak current)
Having knowledge about E-Waste/IT Equipment Lifecycle is a priority.
Master in Ms. Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams as minimum)
Have knowledge and experience in implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Min 5 years experiences as Sr. Operational Supervisor/Manager or relevant
Have extensive knowledge related to IT Equipment/ electronic equipment manufacturing/De-manufacturing process, logistics, delivery/transportation, warehouse, and inventory management.
Experience in service provider companies.
Honest, ethical, hardworking,
Able both communicate in written and spoken in English.
Have strong leadership skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Tasks & Responsibilities :
Responsible for the operations of each department under Operation Division, in the company office & workshop
Able to create SOPs & Process Flow Charts
Prepare the Operation Department’s annual work program and budget referring to the division’s strategy.
Management reports, logistics & inventory reports, budget/cost reports and related work teams.
