Kualifikasi :

Position: HRD & GA
Penempatan : Kirana Three Tower Kelapa Gading – North Jakarta

工作能力要求 Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fields
Fluent Professional level Mandarin Language is a must.
Fluent in English Language would be a plus.
Experience in handling Recruitment, BPJS, Employment Contract etc.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations ( UU Cipta Kerja and Tenaga Kerja Manpower Regulation ).
Experience with HRIS System, Talenta System, and Tax PPH 21 Calculation
Able to work on multiple tasks and under pressure.
Hardworker person, energetic, discipline, honest and responsible.
Great analytical thinking, creative, detail oriented and well organized.
Work in fast paced and professional environment.
Will be place in ( Kepala Gading – Jakarta ) – Kirana Three Tower
Working time : Monday to Friday
Full time Position available, Can Join Immadiately

 

工作职责 / Job responsibilities : 
1. Develop and implement human resource strategies to support the company’s long-term growth and success.

2. Maintain and implement all human resources policies and procedures, including recruitment and training, salary management, social security benefits (BPJS health insurance and BPJS human insurance system updates), performance evaluation, and employee relations (signing PKWT/PKWTT employment contracts).

3. Provide human resource consultation and support to resolve employee issues and disputes.

4. Manage and maintain employee databases to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.

5. Collaborate closely with department leaders and employees to determine human resource needs and develop corresponding human resource strategies.

6. Manage and supervise human resource budgets to ensure effective utilization of resources.

7. Understand and comply with local labor regulations and related regulations in Indonesia (UU Cipta Kerja and Tenaga Kerja labor regulations).

8. Provide human resource support to the company and leaders to drive organizational change and improvement.

3、提供人力资源咨询和支持,以解决员工的问题和纠纷。
4、管理和维护员工数据库,确保数据的准确性和完整性。
5、与各部门领导和员工密切合作,以确定人力资源需求并制定相应的人力资源策略。
6、管理和监督人力资源预算,以确保资源的有效利用。
7、了解和遵守印尼当地劳动法规和相关法规(UU Cipta Kerja和Tenaga Kerja人力法规)。
8、给公司和领导提供人力资源支持,以推动组织变革和改进。
