- Operational Manager Testing Laboratory
Kualifikasi :
Job Description
Oversee the operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems used for ice production.
Manage electrical systems to ensure continuous and reliable power supply.
Supervise water treatment processes to maintain water quality standards.
Ensure a continuous and efficient function of boilers
Manage the overall utility systems, incl. compressed air, heating, ventilation, and HVAC
Implementing energy-saving initiatives
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
At least 5 years experience as Utility Manager/Maintenance Manager in FMCG industry. (Dairy/Ice Cream Industry will be advantage)
In-depth knowledge of Refrigeration, WWTP, WTP, Boilers, Utilities, and Electrical systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and make decisions under pressure.
