Job Description :

Select the right products to sell based on market trends, customer preferences and overall company strategy.
Analyze merchandise/SKU performance and take necessary actions to ensure sales & margin targets are achieved.
Monitor and manage inventory turnover, and inventory levels to avoid over/undocking issues.
Find and negotiate with new and existing suppliers, also vendors, maintain positive relationships to obtain favorable pricing terms and product availability.
Assortment Planning: Creating a balanced assortment of products by considering factors such as size, color, style, and brand.
Visual Merchandising: Designing and implementing attractive product displays and layouts in physical stores to enhance the shopping experience.
Working with designers, merchandisers, and other members of the team to develop new product lines or update existing ones

Qualification :

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser.
More than 3 years of experience in the Merchandising industry in modern market retail in a reputable store.
Good Negotiation & Communication skills.
Good presentation and report making skills.
Proficient in MS Excel
Maximum Age 38 Years
