Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Development Internship Rakamin Academy
Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
•⁠ ⁠Strong communication, interpersonal skills, ⁠and ability to effectively prioritize and manage time
•⁠ ⁠Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in business development
•⁠ ⁠Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with or a strong interest in the recruitment and staffing industry
•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in recruitment consultant, sales, or business development is advantageous
•⁠ ⁠An understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends is desirable
•⁠ ⁠Availability to work full-time or part-time as required by the internship program
Job Descriptions:
•⁠ ⁠Research and identify potential clients in target industries and positions
•⁠ ⁠Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, email, and networking to introduce our recruitment services
•⁠ ⁠Understand clients’ hiring needs and assist entire client engagement process, from initial contact until placement
•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition from client acquisition to candidate placement
•⁠ ⁠Provide regular reports and updates on client acquisition and engagement activities
