Kualifikasi :

Recharge is a wellness and fitness ecosystem comprising four brands: Recharge Functional Training, Reform Pilates Studio, Restore Physiotherapy & Rehab, and Refuel, strategically located on the ground floor of WTC 1 Sudirman, South Jakarta.

Currently, we are looking for an administration staff with the job descriptions listed below:

Greet and welcome our members with a friendly yet professional demeanor.
Provide detailed information to any inquiries regarding our services in a prompt manner.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, class scheduling & booking, reconciling daily transactions, etc. 
Ensure the reception area is always clean and tidy.
Handle customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

Based in Jakarta and can start immediately.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Master basic English skills. 
Previous experience in a similar line of work is a plus.
