About The Company:

The working venue is in Cikarang Selatan.
Our client is a Japanese Interior company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Sales Service Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure sales target achievement.
Provide services to customers in accordance with applicable regulations by always being oriented to excellent service (Service Excellence).
Anticipating customer complaints by always providing the best service according to applicable standards and procedures.
Responsible for application documents and related administrative tasks.
Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum GPA 2,75.
Business level in Japanese with a minimum JLPT N2.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Have an internship experience in customer service or sales).
Neat in administration, proactive and detail-oriented.
Have good interpersonal and good communication skills.
Able to operate computer (Ms. Office).
Neat & well appearance.
Wiling to work in Cikarang.
