Kualifikasi :

About The Company:

The working venue is in Cikarang.
Our client is a Japanese Machinery company. Currently, they are looking for Training Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting the team to create ideas and improvements for the Training Dept.
Responsibility for Dept. Achievement.
Running the training activity.
Supporting technical trainers and non-technical trainers.
Responsible for Technical Assessment.
Preparing Training documents such as Text Material, Simulator & Evaluation Improvement.
Handle annual Training Plan.
Conduct Apprentice Program.

Job Requirements:

Masters degree in Organizational Industrial Psychology / Human Resources Management.
Experience min. 4 years as a trainer in the Company, able to carry out training administration and operations.
Having good communication skills.
