About The Company:

The working venue is in Cikarang.
Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Working together with HR GM.
Developing and designing HR systems to achieve the company goals following company HR policy.
Responsible for recruiting and career development.
Responsible for HR Development and training.
Making HR evaluation & Compensation and benefits.
Monitoring team member.
Making reports to management.
Handling labor union in future.
Other task as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Experience as HRGA Assistant/Manager for 5 years in Japanese Automotive/Automotive Parts Manufacturing Company.
Strong strategic planning skill for Recruitment and Training and HR systems such  as benefit & compensation & salary grade design including increment.
Advance conversational up English skill level.
Good communication and analytical thinking skill.
Stable career 1 company for 5 years.
