Hello Creative Thinkers!
We’re Sabda Creative, a social media agency based in Tangerang. And currently is looking for Business Development Officer candidate.

Requirement:
Female, age 20-29;
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field;
Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing specially in beauty industry;
Communication Skill: Excellent verbal and written communcation skill are essential for effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders;
Negotiation skill: The ability to negotiate and close deals is crucial to achieve the targets;
Relationship-building skill: Building and maintaining strong relationship with clients, partners, and internal teams is essential;
Market knowledge: Familiar with industry, market trends, and competition is valuable for identifying new business opportunities;
Analytical skill: Excellent to analyze data ad market information to make informed decisions;
Goal-oriented: Being driven to meet and exceed targets and achieve business growth objectives;
Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business strategies is important in the dynamic field;
Team player: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the overall success of the company is critical.

Job Description:
Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities for the company’s beauty products or services;
Conduct market research to identify target demographics, trends, and competitors in the beauty market;
Building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and potential clients to expand the company’s presence in the industry;
Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and promotional campaigns that align with market demands;
Negotiate and close deals with potential partners and clients, while ensuring the development of mutually beneficial agreements.
