Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Staff Admin role 
Located in Jakarta, Indonesia for SS Skin unit business.
As a Staff Admin, you will be responsible for managing input data, preparing reports
You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams 
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
Standby to create summaries as required by the company
Providing information on issues (ex. technical problems, data delays, etc.)

 

Qualifications

Education and Experience: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior administrative experience often preferred.
Administrative Skills: Proficiency in data management, record keeping, filing, and office equipment operation.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for internal and external interactions.
Organizational Ability: Effective scheduling, time management, and multitasking skills.
Technology Proficiency: Basic knowledge of office software (word processing, spreadsheets, email).
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve administrative issues efficiently.
