Kualifikasi :
Qualification :
Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering,
Good command in English; Japanese is advantage,
Strong Knowledge of Production Process and Machinery,
Ability to read and interpret technical drawing and machinery,
Proficient in computer programs (MS. Excel, Word & Power Point, Auto Cad).
Scope of Responsibilities / Job Description :
Supervise and coordinates activity with engineering team for machine specification, installation, process preparation, and archive quality, delivery, cost, safety, regulation, etc.
Supervise team members to follow company rules and regulation,
Make and follow up action plan, project schedule and budget control with engineer team,
Monitoring & report to higher position that concern process preparation and control,
Promote and perform Kaizen, 5S, QC, Safety & Environment Activities.
Experience requirements :
At least 8 – 5 years of experience in facility maintenance and Energy Supply system
Experience in Japanese Manufacturing Company is preferable.
Experience in air conditioner manufacturing.
Skills / Competency :
Strategic planning & supervision,
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills,
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethics,
High responsibility and technical leader ship,
Good communication and interpersonal skills,
Strong in people management.
Other specification :

Willing to do training in Thailand,
Have a passport with a minimum validity period of 1 (one) year.
