Kualifikasi :

Secretary to Owner:

Maintenance Owner’s agenda & assist in planning appointments, board meeting and conferences, ect ( Included traveling in Indonesia & Abroad)
Provide high clerical and administrative support, organize and manage travel arrangements for Owner.
Liase with other department and external partner to perform necessary duties
Maintaining filling systems and handle confidential documents, keeping them safe and secure.
Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude that reflects the credibility of the management team, and having a pleasant personality
Able to work discreetly and maintain the highest standard of confidentiality
Communicates with every Leader/ head of department to ensure that request made by Owner for hiring candidate for new employee based on request Manager all activity for HR
Monitoring Building maintenace and coordination with landscaping & Plantation and Enginering dept
Secretary is jointly responsible for the day to day management of the assigned villa, ensuring that the guests’ needs are met at all times while maintaining the Company’s very high standards. His/her main main role is one of host(ess), waiter/waitress and housekeeper. (All of the cooking is done by the villa’s professional chef.)
He/she has an overall coordinating role in the villa, takes the lead in all customer-facing issues and, once guests have arrived, has primary responsibility for the success of their holiday. The Villa Manager supervises the work of the Villa Assistant (where applicable) and also any relief / support staff working in the villa and also coordinates / supports the work of the Chef.
