Deskripsi pekerjaan E-commerce Business Development Specialist Venicy Indonesia
Venicy (PT Megasari Tata Utama) is looking to hire an experienced E-commerce Business Development Specialist to create and execute new marketing strategies to increase our sales and revenue.

In this role, you will collaborate with design teams and assist in developing content for our e-commerce platform with the goal of increasing online traffic and conversions.

As an E-commerce BD Specialist, you will create marketing campaigns to boost user engagement and subsequent revenue. You will also need to monitor and report the performance of our campaigns and projects using Gsheet / Excel analytics.

Responsibilities:
• Create, review, and update content on e-commerce platforms in collaboration with design and marketing teams
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize our e-commerce platform for maximum visibility, user engagement, and conversion rates. Continuously monitor and analyze site performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotional campaigns.
• Create guidelines and procedures for content creation and new product listings
• Develop monthly marketing plans to increase sales on our ecommerce platforms
• Create digital marketing strategies (campaign) that are in line with our business goals and messaging
• Analyze customer feedback to improve buyer experience, adjust ongoing campaigns, and increase traffic on all digital platforms
• Effective ads configuration In different e-commerce platforms
• Monitor and analyze relevant metrics to evaluate the performance of each marketing campaign and create reports for the Manager.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools
• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or e-commerce preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices
• Proven track record in online sales or marketing campaign management
• Strong communication and analytical skills
