Kualifikasi :

Job Summary

Support the group finance controlling manager to oversee Indonesia companies’ daily process operation and responsible for Indonesia companies’ accounting, tax and internal control activities.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting and reporting:
 

Review the accounting entries posted by accountant and responsible for the timeliness for monthly account closing;
Prepare monthly financial reporting including financial statements, any other reports required for submission to the group or external regulators;
In charge of the statutory audit, loan reporting, quarterly LKPM report etc.
Perform 3-way matching of PO, DO and invoices during review payment application and post account payable entries onto ERP system timely and correctly;
Responsible for GL accounting entries including payroll/bonus accrual, expenses accrual, etc.
Review manufacturing documents (production work order, BOM, material picking list, etc) and assist in costing calculation process;

 

2. Daily process operation:
 

Review and approve payment application forms in a timely manner;
Review monthly inventory report, perform monthly and annual stock take and inventory reconciliation;
Review the CIP and FA list prepared by accountant, attend annual physical sighting of fixed assets;
Update and review monthly cashflow projection;
Support the process enhancement and improvement;
Provide guidance & supervision to the accountant.

 

3. Taxes:

 

Support on VAT registration;
Filing of the monthly WHT & VAT return;
Keep to date, read and comprehend new local tax regulations to ensure regulatory tax compliance;
Work together with agency on annual CIT filling;
Responsible for the tax audit if there is any.

 

4. Project-based activities:
 

Work with finance controlling manager to support on ERP system implementation;
Support on annual budgeting exercise;
Provide finance orientation to new employees;
Support on administrative matters relating to the Group and its entities;
Other ad-hoc activities.

 

Qualifications :
 

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
Preferably at least 8 years working experience in finance and accounting function
Prior experience in manufacturing is highly preferred
ERP impletion experience is a plus
Fluent in English speaking and writing (mandatory)
Familiar with local accounting and tax requirements
Excellent Excel and PPT skills
Willing to work in Cikarang
