What You Will Need
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with all major background
Fluent in Mandarin language (speaking, writing, and reading) is a must
Excellent interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals and partners
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Having related experiences in logistics companies or startup companies would be preferred
Detailed oriented and timely manner person
Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) or Google Workspace (Sheet, Docs, Slides)

What You Will Do
Handle and manage all cargo-related documentation. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Coordinate and schedule cargo shipments, arrivals, and departures. Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement.
Monitor and track cargo shipments in real-time, utilizing tracking systems and communication tools. Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding the status and location of cargo.
Maintain effective communication channels with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and carriers. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely responses to ensure a smooth cargo operation process.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to manage and track cargo inventory levels. Ensure accurate recording of cargo receipts, storage, and dispatch.
Identify and resolve issues related to cargo operations, such as delays, damages, and discrepancies. Implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure cargo quality standards are met during handling, storage, and transportation. Implement measures to prevent damage, spoilage, or loss of goods.
