Requirements :

– Diploma / bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Engineering or related field
– Having min 1 year experience
– Having knowledge in Windows, macOS, Linux, hardware and software
– Able to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently and effectively
– Experience in managing network systems and security is a plus
– Good communication skills both oral and written, as well as the ability to explain technical problems to user
– Commitment to continuous learning and skills development
