Kualifikasi :
Responsible for the implementation of employee recruitment according to company needs.
Take full responsibilities and work closely with stakeholders in fulfilling hiring needs
Fully in charge for end to end hiring process, from Job posting to new joiner onboarding
Multifaceted in optimizing and working with multiple sourcing tools and medias
Source high quality candidates in-line with organization needs
Create improvement plan and execute recruitment improvement projects
Ensuring all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time
Generate a high volume of quality candidates under tight deadline
Explores the market best practices in recruitment and staffing.
Have knowledge about Training and KPI (Prefer)
other task from HRGA Manager/ Management
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
FMCG background will be a huge point
Have experience recruit e-commerce sector
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and FMCG Sector
Able to work cohesively with the team and across departments
Can speak English
