Our team specializes in creating innovative and sustainable residential and commercial spaces across sought-after locations, including Bali. As we expand our construction operations, we are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to build a strong workforce on the ground.
Responsibilities:
Actively source and recruit skilled construction workers, installers, and teams (carpenters, masons, electricians, etc.) across Bali.
Develop and leverage local contacts, networks, and personal connections to identify top talent.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and on-site evaluations of individual workers and construction crews.
Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified construction professionals for ongoing and future projects.
Collaborate closely with project managers to understand specific staffing needs and timelines.
Handle recruitment processes, including candidate vetting, negotiations, and onboarding.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (experience in the construction or real estate sector is a strong advantage).
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships locally.
Familiarity with Bali’s labor market, especially in the construction industry.
Self-motivated and organized professional with a results-driven mindset.
Strong negotiation and communication skills in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
Ability to travel across Bali for in-person candidate searches and meetings.
