We are currently seeking a Real Estate Admin to join our back-office team. This is a critical administrative role responsible for maintaining and updating our property database while ensuring all listings meet high-quality standards in terms of information, legal documentation, and visual representation.  

Key Responsibilities:  

– Verify property documents provided by landlords, owners, or developers to ensure legal accuracy and completeness.  

– Keep the property database organised and up-to-date, including all legal documents, photos, and listing details.  

– Coordinate with property owners or vendors to request missing or incomplete information.  

– Write compelling and accurate property descriptions for online listings (extensively using ChatGPT and other tools).  

– Select, organise, and edit photos for listings, ensuring professional presentation.  

– Arrange and coordinate photo or drone shoots for properties when necessary.  

– Collaborate with the sales team to provide updated and complete property details for client offerings.  

– Conduct periodic audits of listings to ensure data accuracy and relevancy.  

– Stay informed on legal requirements for property transactions in Indonesia.  

Requirements:  

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, property management, or a related administrative role.  

– Proficiency in both business-level English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).  

– Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to data management.  

– Good writing skills to prepare clear and engaging property descriptions.  

– Basic photo editing skills are a plus (e.g., Canva or similar tools).  

– Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other administrative tools.  

– Knowledge of Indonesian property laws and legal documentation is an advantage.  

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with vendors and team members.  

– Proactive and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask efficiently.
