Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing creators (especially Tiktok KOLs), Establish & maintain relationships with
KOLs, Negotiate with KOL and budget management. Manage day-to-day with KOLs to be able to work in
long term or corporate in the campaign.
Responsible for managing project, communication and negotiate with brand that cooperating with
company. Coordinate digital marketing strategy and promotion efforts to boost brand awareness, monitor
and evaluate campaign to ensure the campaign runs according to plan.
Push tiktok affiliate marketing, create and execute marketing programs for KOLs.
Create quotation, invoice, agreement letter and other documents corresponding with KOLS collaboration.
Helping to create a pitching deck on KOL & Publisher part.
Engaging in pitching involves strategy and selecting Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), as well as being responsible for the outcomes of the pitching conducted.
Providing insightful reports and analyses to help clients improve their next KOL & Publisher project/campaign
Maintain good relationships with all KOL vendors/agencies and publisher.
Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in KOL marketing, influencer management, or digital marketing roles.
Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a must;
Proven experience managing end-to-end campaigns and working with KOLs, particularly on TikTok.
Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, influencer campaign strategies, and publisher marketing.
Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience managing client relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
Proficient in creating pitching decks, reports, and campaign documentation.
Experience in leading a team, ensuring smooth coordination and quality output.
