• General Affair Assistant

Kualifikasi :

Responsible to all KPIs
As per reqirement of the JV, draft short / mid / long term strategic develope and be responsible to the implementation result
Organization of Inbound, Outbound, Handling,Inventory, and Delivery, Personnel appointment and removal
PIC of EHS
According to the annual business plan, review financial budget and implement
Set KPI to underling units, review work plan and budgets implementation situation of underling units, conduct performance evaluation.
Coordinate with customers, been the channel and contact person, earn customer satisfaction
Deal with and report emergency issues to managements
Other assignments given by the management.
 
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above.(Logistics engineering , Vehicle engineering, Mechanical engineering majors preferred)
Good skills for English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Good knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint ) .
Work experience: At least 5-year operational experience in a similar role within the auto parts companies.
Personal Character: Diligent, conscientious, good communication and independent problem solving skills, Good Team work ability.
