Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Customer Interface & Admin

Kualifikasi :

Research and develop new products flavors, recipes, and concepts.
Experiment with different ingredients and techniques
Optimize existing product formulations for taste, texture, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Coordination with the factory to create a production process standard
Support document which is needed by the regulatory dept.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or any related field.
At least 1-year experience in research and development in the food industry, preferably in ice cream or frozen desserts.
Innovative thinking and a passion for creating unique flavors and products.
Understanding of food chemistry, food safety, and food processing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and findings to cross-functional teams.
