• Heavy Equipment Trainer Supervisor

Kualifikasi :

Qualifications :

Minimum D3 majoring in Mechanical Engineering;
Maximum 40 years old with at least 4 years of working experience in the same position;
Experienced and able to understand the types and basics of heavy equipment operation, such as a loader, forklift, crane, excavator;
Understand to operate the heavy equipment unit of SANY and XCMG will be an advantage;
Have experience and ability in the implementation of daily inspection and maintenance of heavy equipment;
Have experience and ability in basic OH&S tools heavy;
Preference will be given to those who have attended/provided training at dealers;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Understand the pattern of training, coaching, and mentoring;
Discipline and high integration;
Willing to be placed in North Morowali with roster system 8 (working): 2 (off).

Job Description :

Creating programs, curricula, and training materials;
Responsible for the development of heavy equipment operator competence;
Ensure the implementation of training and evaluation of training results running continuously;
Ensure that P2H implementation of the equipment is carried out properly;
Provide an assessment and evaluation of heavy equipment operators.
